my pitcher came this morning and Jemma had told fibs that it had been sent on Thurs cos it was nxt day delivery

Why are people suggesting claiming from the post office surely that can only be done by the sender? or am I missing something?

If it came to you Special Delivery, you should have had to sign the courier's receipt PDA thingy, so even if you can't prove it was delivered the courier company should have a record of having been to your home.

Hooray, mine arrived today by courier.
This was to replace the one that arrived smashed to bits. It was now wrapped in loads of bubble wrap,and in a cardboard box,with fragile all over it!!!
It is a nice jug, guess it was worth all the hassle, emails......etc!!!!!!!!!!

I had an email from the Grand marnier Jug promo to say they were unable to send the jug ( pitcher ) but would be contacting me on 30th September to send me something else, haven't heard a dickie bird, has anyone else????

Thanks for that Mountainchrisriver, but it was an e-mail specifically sent to people that DID NOT get the pitcher.
For some reason they said they would let us know by 30th September what they would send us, as a consulation for not being able to send the pitcher, this was without chasing them at all.

They did'nt bother they just had more pitchers made, if you send them a quick email asking where it is she'll get one in the post to you.

I emailed them last week and got a reply from jemma stating that all pitchers had been dispatched but if i emailed her my address she would send one personally,done that so fingers crossed.
