I received an email off Jemma saying that she would personally send me a pitcher to replace my one with the broken handle - it has arrived today, better packed with more bubble wrap and with a 'fragile' sticker this time. It is in perfect nick, and I am so pleased!

I sent an email complaining of non reciept of offered pitcher and within 2 minutes had an email stating if i sent back my name and address i would be sent one.

I did this with a thank you and 2 minutes later came this

No problem, a pitcher will be sent to you this week and be due to arrive early next week. Please do let me know when you receive it

mine was just standard delivery.

I got an email from the Advertising Standards Agency today as I had emailed them ages ago to inform them about the way this was handled ie everyone promised one and then some told they were unsuccessful.

They have been in contact with Grand marnier and are taking the matter further, in order to do that they needed to name me so asked for my permission.

I informed them that mine had actually arrived but I would still like them to carry on their investigation into this and directed them to this thread as i said there were a lot of people who were not happy.

It seems from peoples posts now that Pitchers and replacements are arriving and Jemma is doing her best bless her to sort it out but I think the MD of RPM could do with a chat with the ASA over this even if its so they can learn from this mess

no courier came this morning with my promised pitcher.i rang up and apparantly Hugh isn't dealing with it now so i asked to speak to jemma.she SAID that their courier company had had problems today ( think she did say what but i forget).She rang me back and said that i'll be getting it tomorrow by 12.
