got a letter reply from the Advertising Standards Agency this morning as I had complained about the handling of this promotion.
They have spoken to RPM, apparently there were only meant to be 1000 free pitchers to the first 1000 people who gave the email addresses.
They said that they should have not had the message "your pitcher is on its way".
They warned them about future promotions, and RPM have given them their assurance it wont happen again so they wont take any further action.
If there were only meant to be 1000 given away, I wonder how many have been sent out!, Ive had 2 of that 1000!0 -
So a website makes a mistake by not saying there was only 1000 pitchers, They Honour all the Requests for pitchers (From what i can see, the time delay is probably them having to produce more pitchers), You get 2 pitchers and You Complain about them?
