i got identical from the email i sent last night email was sent to me at 9 30 am

update :

further to my posting above i spoke to hugh robertsson collegue yesterday who said she would sent out a pitcher and also send me a bottle of grand marnier liquor as a apology to people not replying to my emails

this morning both pitcher and grand marnier liquor arrived - and the pitcher was not broken !!

so i shall be getting legless this weekend :T:T:T:T

The last couple of days i have been emailing and phoneing people in conjunction with this offer and i even took it to watchdog who said they would be in touch

just read that someone had phoned hugh and he dealt with things so efficiently that they got a pitcher so i phoned them today, got passed ontp gemma as hugh was in a meeting and was told that she will put one in the post today and look for other emails that i have sent,

if it doesn't arrive they will be getting another phone call from me and some harsh words repeated in their ear for a third time

I made the call today too, & was told one's going to be sent to me today by recorded delivery, so I should get it tomorrow. We shall see. They were rather keen to know how I got Hugh's number - I refused to tell them, but did say I had his mobile number as well & would be using it if the pitcher didn't turn up.

I suggest the paragraph with the numbers in it is edited asap, so that Martin doesn't get contacted about it. If people keep a copy, the info can always be supplied by PM.

Got a reply today - finally - and an indivdual response rather than the usual standard "we have noted your comments" type of thing. They've said one will be sent out but I'm still not holding my breath...

It's just a matter of principle now!
