Thanks for jogging my mind about this one! I received my congratulations email on 5th September saying it would be here within the next 14 days .. have shot off an email to them asking what's what.

If you replied to their e-mail 3 days ago, I think you'll have to count the 10 working days as being from that date, not the date of the e-mail.

Was telling my partner about this as seen as i have also not received a usable piece of glass, i am thinking we all take it to watchdog and then watchdog wont ignore us and RPM wont either

seems to me like they were using the free pitcher as a way to get contact details that they can send on and make money off which is diabolical in my eyes

who's with me on this one say I, if we all club together we shud get somewhere but if we all just sit and talk about it we wont get anywhere

their not answering emails i believe they have what they wanted and now they are running hopeing this will be the last of it we need to go to watchdog as they have not supplied what they offered

One problem is, since this thread has been moved a lot of people don't see it or just assume its been deleted else we would have a lot more people behind us.
I've noticed Edna has'nt posted since its been moved, she would be great to get the ball rolling as people don't seem to ignore her lol, if anybody could contact her?
