As RPM have been told about this thread, here's a message for any of the staff reading it now, in particular Jemma Daltrey and Nick Moore:

You have sent several people e-mails in which you say that, on them providing you with their full name and address, you will send them the pitcher within 10 working days. No-one here seems to have received the pitcher after receiving your standard reply e-mail with this information. Your self-imposed time limit is going to expire by the end of this week for many applicants, including myself. If I have not heard from you by then, do not be surprised if a decision is made to take the matter up with Grand Marnier themselves via the media, and the coverage is unlikely to be favourable. Grand Marnier may then decide to have some serious discussions with you regarding future contracts.

i've just had a thought. maybe we could all go and buy a measuring jug, use a magic marker to scribble grand marnier down the side, and play pretend...

I was on holiday last week and did not want to miss my pitcher so asked if it could be posted to my mother's address, Jemma wrote back saying that would be fine..........no pitcher yet though and the 10 days are up.
I think I will email them today.

I never got mine, I emailed Jemma again but she never replied! Its been well over 10 days now!
