Send an email a day quoting this site and the people who have been promised one since you were refused ask them what they intend to do to restore your faith. They are backstepping all the time you will get a pitcher.

I have just got back off hoilday and recieved the following email, I am bitterly disappointed that i didn't qualify i am sure that i when i applied by giving you the 5 emails that it said your pitcher is on it's way.

There are also a few disgruntled people on "Moneysaving Expert Forum site" which also feel let down.

We understand that you have been unhappy that due to the excess demand for pitchers, we were unable to fulfill your application. The submission form did state that pitchers were available while stocks last and it’s only due to the extreme level of demand that stocks ran out and have now been exhausted.

Be assured that the offer was made in good faith and to endeavor to illustrate this, please email back your full name and address to grandmarnier@rpmltd.com. Once we have received this, we will send you a pitcher within 10 working days from the small number of pitchers we have retained at our main offices (Please note we have to check the applicant list to ensure you were an original applicant).

We trust that this action will address your complaint

precisely they prob sent out about 50 in the first place and then said to the rest that they didnt qualify in the draw

those that have complained have then got theirs from the 1000's that they kep behind

Has anybody recieved one from the "limited supply" yet though? I know it said up to 10 days but it must be coming up to that now. Just wondered.

As I have mentioned way earlier in this thread I emailed GM when I saw that someone on here had emailed them asking what had happened, I must have emailed within minutes and would have been 1 of a small handful who asked GM where they were. This is the email I got from nick moore before they started to churn out the generic ones saying about good luck
