I have got the same email, twice...wonder if I now get two pitcher's???

Had to send 5 emails to get this reply, they must have a very big, small supply in the office!!

Well done to all of us for complaining.

haha. I too got the email from Jemma. Was really excited that I might be getting one of the 'small supply' until I came back to this thread again and realised I was one of thousands and that I was going to either get one of the 'seconds' or they are probably trying to cut a deal with the manufacturers to produce some more (in plastic)!.....its amazing how much they have underestimated the response they were going to get- who are rpm anyway?

The bit I don't like in the standard email they have sent you is:
"(Please note we have to check the applicant
list to ensure you were an original applicant)"
I have a funny feeling they are going to use that to wriggle out of it, especially since they are sending the email to so many people.

I've had a reply from Jemma - same stock e-mail as everyone else, so I'm also apparently going to get one from the 'small number' they retained at their main offices (their offices must be huge ). I've replied back (giving my name & address yet again as requested) saying that (a) the suggestion that someone chasing this up might not be an original applicant is offensive, since who would bother going through all of this if they weren't, & (b) as I am aware that some people have received broken pitchers, I will expect mine to arrive intact, otherwise I will assume that a broken one was sent because of my complaint, at which point the Grand Marnier execs will hear about it.

If I don't get a pitcher within the 10 working days given in their e-mail, Monsieur de Gasperis & any other Grand Marnier top bods I can find will hear about it.

My guess is they're learning by this experience with every passing minute. Connecting consumers my eye - MSE connected us better than rpm ever could have. They're in Acton - that's not too far from me, & if I was able to go there today, I'd have told Jemma I'll come & collect it. She'd have probably freaked to see a load of MSErs turn up, press photographers alongside.

I sent an e-mail confirming that I wanted to receive future communication and I got the response back that others have got about receiving one. The e-mail was addressed to Zoe - don't know who that is but it's not me. However I'll be whoever they want me to be as long as I get my pitcher.
