I also sent a message of complaint to Monsieur de Gasperis CEO of Grand Marnier but the email address must be wrong.
Broken like the pitchers maybe?????

I got the small supply email too after sending a tart email of complaint pointing out how contracts work in law.
I would have left it at that (assuming the pitcher arrived in tact), but I'm now so cross about the lies and b*llsh*t that I think I'll join the crew copying their complaints to the Grand Marnier top brass.
