I'm a little confused about this bit of Jemma's message (although not happy about the rest of it either) and this bit from the e-mail they sent yesterday.

I don't know whether I've opted out or not so should I send them an e-mail anyway or where can I check if I'm to receive future communications. I just don't want to miss out on what ever the offer is on 30 September.

just picked my pitcher up from the post office, i emailed jemma 2 weeks ago and was told id have one, but i emailed her again coz i didnt get it
