I've emailed Grand Marnier and informed them that RPM have stopped responding to queries regarding the promotion. I'll post here if I get a reply.

They're aware of it, I phoned GM and they want nothing more to do with RPM and have washed their hands of the whole thing so I doubt you'll get a reply to be honest.

I just got a reply from Jemma as I still not received my pitcher. I emailer her twice and she just replied:

I got the same although it said dear Charlene lol no idea who Charlene is I'm a bloke.

I got the same e-mail today too (with the correct name ). Nothing came today, so hopefully I'll see something by Wednesday. Having not answered e-mails for days, she says to send them an e-mail. Errrm, I think not - if it doesn't arrive, GM will hear about via at least one newspaper article & Trading Standards. Something tells me her inbox will have a few hot e-mails to read on that day.

I rang RPm today and eventually spoke to hugh robertsons who is one of the partners there.

i told him about the numerous emails that i had sent to various people including hiim within the company, and not getting a reply and told him in no uncertain terms that i was not impressed !

i told him bluntly that the way that they handled this matter was diabolical and questioned him as to the story that they had been telling people that theres was no supply and then all of a sudden a supply appeared out of nowhere when people complained.

he said that apparently that they went back to grandmariner to get more fundining to deal with the people that had complained even though they had a limited stock in the first place

anyway he said that he was getting one of his colleagues to call me back tomorrow - tuesday to confirm my details which i advised him that he already had !!!

if you want to contact him direct then you should call either ******** and ask to speak to him - you may get his assistant/secretary but dont let that fob you off. - dont bother with gemma daltry she as much use as a choclate teapot

alternative his mobile is (********* but i think that he leaves it on voicemail most of the time - you might want to use up your free quota of texts in your monthly bundle and plague him with texts !!!!! :rolleyes:

il update further when his colleague rings tomorrow - if she does :rotfl:

oh dear thank you for keeping on posting this jolted my memory that mine had not come after all the promises so have emailed them again and told them i will be taking this further with Gran marnier, trading standards, watchdog and the papers if nothing has arrived by friday.

All with everyones help here i hope better to do in bulk just pm me when you want to get it all going will be with you 100% i have kept all my emails from them and the ones i have sent.
