Spiders in a house
Comments

I've been told they eat the dirt from deep in carpets so I imagine they are actually very good for cleanliness! If they weren't as horrifying as they appear, I probably wouldn't mind them.0

I know they are there, I just have the one rule, - keep hidden. As soon as one makes it into the bath or goes public it is despatched!
I've had three monsters in the bath this year, all of which were a nightmare to get down the plughole they were so big.
I also had one actually land on the back of my neck a couple of weeks ago. I suddenly felt the tickle on my neck, swept a hand round and connected with the thing. One medium sized spider was quickly introduced to Mr Right Boot.
I do leave them alone in the main though. Webs get swept up but generally, I leave them to it. Out of sight, out of mind. What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?0 -
I generally leave them to it and no problem giving them house room.
I may think twice if they are particularly big, and one in my bedroom has shown a fondness for dangling so he may get evicted!0 -
I am scared stiff of spiders. Power shower deals with the ones in the bathroom. Extra long hose on the hoover zaps them away everywhere else. My eight year old loves dealing with them. Fine by me
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -
There was a monster spider in the office today. It looked dead so one of the guys picked it up to chuck it outside and it moved fast.. At least one of us screamed and legged it out of the office whilst the poor guys were trying to catch the thing! Eventually they caught it and deposited it outside but it scurried towards my car so I was rather sheepish getting in the car in case it had found it's way in and was looking for revenge!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
