CEW, glad that the redundancy paperwork was ok. You are rightly excited by the opportunity for change!! Enjoy plotting and planning!
The bouncy hopper has gone to bouncy hopper heaven! It had a hole that we patched twice. Then, when nobody was on it, the patch came off, air whistled out, and a 20 inch split appeared! Dd and I saw it happen! Another one has been ordered, as we consider it a NEED in this household!
abundant, do you eat soup? I make a potful and pop it into pots to freeze, then eat it with ham or a couple of hard-boiled eggs. Or a similar thing with homemade coleslaw instead of soup. I also have an apple plus abour 1oz nuts. Fills me up!

Good morning.
Today should be a SFD. Had a look at my survey accounts that I neglected for the last 6 months and found that I'm close to cashing in 20 quid in Amazon vouchers. I usually collect them and use them for christmas.
My contract is running out in March and my boss handed in the extension request today, so fingers crossed. My boss would really like to keep me, plus another girl will be off on maternity from April. We'll see...

Day 3 today! Nsd for me. Staying in tonight and watching some recorded tv. Oh has work tomorrow so no excuses. Dinner also cheekily for free today. Held an Eid party for the children in my class today and parents were very generous, lots left over that would be wasted over the weekend if I hadn't taken it home!Paying it all off in 2017:

***NSK De-Lurking to say Hello***
Well good day to the Turtles! I have just read all your progress and work for the month (Well done AppleMuncher on a splendid challenge) and wanted to drop in.
Congratulations Abundant on ending that noose around your neck - bye bye DMP! I am very proud having watched your battle from the very beginning - I am super happy for you!!! However it sounds like this rice might end up a little like the rice cakes you had many moons ago - how long did they last you?...:p
Hello Lilt - I have never spent that long in the bathtub but I think I might try tonight - it's amazing having a tub after only relying on a shower for the best part of the year...
A*M I am loving this challenge - the set-up, the rules, the theme - superb!
I won't take up much more of your challenge for now - I am home in Northern Ireland with a moggy that's gone awol on her first time outside the house so Pa and myself are off noe on the cat hunt.
See - theres always fun to be had in the countryside... (yellow sticker mango for breakfast today - 10p. It's good to be home!:))
Toodles!
NSK..

Kat, have I just missed you? Just wanted you and the challengers/turtles (those that remember me) to know I am debt-free, thanks in part to your challenges. The budgeting and the Spend Free Days kept me on the straight and narrow, when I was going through my more difficult months.Debt-Free day 30th September 20140

Hi everyone
I am so glad it is Friday :T :T :T I again have not spent a single penny! I did some exercise this morning even though I was running late and did feel happier for it. I'm very tired this evening, so after I've cooked dinner, I'll retire for the night! Gosh, to think there was a time when I did an 8 hour working day, came in bathed did my hair then partied all night. What it is (was) to be young
Have a good evening everyone

NSD. Received payment for final package I sent off in August and paid a little more than I received off one of the cc.
Really sluggish today but finally forced myself to paint - paneling, a door, two walls, an edging strip, numerous 'touching up' bits (mostly scrapes from other jobs being done) and some bits in the bathroom that I had to kneel down for.
I hurt, I'm exhausted and covered in paint (3 different kinds) so am going to have a bath and then rest. Hope everything looks okay in the morning and there isn't too much 'correcting' to do (and hope there isn't much moon tonight as my curtains are draped over the clothes rail to keep them away from my wet paint - and no cats because someone in the side street has a security light that puts the bat signal to shame, bounces off my window frame and into my room).
Haven't found anything to make me smile today, will have to find something. Using up lots - ends of cans of paint etc. Will plod on over the weekend, provided I can move in the morning. Have a lovely weekend turtles. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0
