    Morning all :)

It's not even 9 0 clock and I am already in a pants mood  went out and bought a washing machine as I can't cope without one and nan was getting frustrated cause it was all her washing in there when it broke and she was worried about repair man seeing her smalls :o bless her I had told her he wouldn't but she was getting upset about it, anyway got said washing machine home plumbed it in and put it on an empty wash about 9 pm and when I got up at 3 for work it was still spinning and then oh phoned me at 7 to ask if I had put it on again as it was still spinning  have had to turn it off at the wall to stop it now and just waiting for shops to open

Jumble jack the things you do fascinate me :)

:eek::eek::eek: thats terrible what make did you get?

    Look into 'skinny fats' too.

I lost weight that I didn't want to lose when I increased my calories with coconut butter.

I get through a 200g block every 2 days just for personal use.

If I have coffee (I try not to!), I add a chunk to it (it's otherwise known as bulletproof coffee). I also add it to cocoa too.

I make my porridge with water but its super super creamy by the amount of coconut butter that is added to it. Its a pain to keep stirring it whilst it melts but SO worth it.

I make granola from scratch for the kids and 3 blocks in every batch for the fat content.

(I'm a MASSIVE believer in the benefits of coconut. Can you tell?)

I couldn't account for losing weight when I was increasing my calories significantly but apparently coconut butter speeds up metabolism.

Its stable now but I can't put a pound back on.

Not all fats are bad for you. :D

Thought I'd throw my tuppence in as it's certainly a way of losing weight and not going hungry :D

    Morning all.

JJ, where do you get your coconut? I've wanted to try this but struggle to buy it. (I think my little town is more of a glasgow salad place :rotfl:)

Edit, just saw your post. Was hoping an online shop tbh as we've nothing like that near us. :(
  • Good morning.

It is wet and miserable here today. I hope it gets better.

Have a good day all :)
