    Good morning :)

The "Don't Go Hungry" diet has been recommended to me. It sounds exciting so I'll give it a go :p The book is available on Amazon but more info here
    http://www.dramandaonline.com/Home.aspx

    Look into 'skinny fats' too.

I lost weight that I didn't want to lose when I increased my calories with coconut butter.

I get through a 200g block every 2 days just for personal use.

If I have coffee (I try not to!), I add a chunk to it (it's otherwise known as bulletproof coffee). I also add it to cocoa too.

I make my porridge with water but its super super creamy by the amount of coconut butter that is added to it. Its a pain to keep stirring it whilst it melts but SO worth it.

I make granola from scratch for the kids and 3 blocks in every batch for the fat content.

(I'm a MASSIVE believer in the benefits of coconut. Can you tell?)

I couldn't account for losing weight when I was increasing my calories significantly but apparently coconut butter speeds up metabolism.

Its stable now but I can't put a pound back on.

Not all fats are bad for you. :D

Thought I'd throw my tuppence in as it's certainly a way of losing weight and not going hungry :D

My daughter has a thyroid problem and various skin ailments. She has had a bad year mentally and has lost a lot of weight. my sister in law is in to natural remedies and recommended coconut oil for eating and skin car, cider vinegar for the same, triphala for digestive problems and also turmeric. My dd has been using all of the above for 3 weeks and the improvement is really noticeable. her skin is glowing, she is not always tired and her ibs is calm. She also has chia seeds in her smoothy and multivitamins every day as she is veggie and her diet is limited.
