    If you have all the paperwork they'll have to give it you, its part of the contract!.. The T&C's do state that they reserve the right to supply a model of similar spec so I imagine if they run out of stock of the initial laptop offered then they will supply an equivelant model.

    it says on cpw site for aol customers If you'd like to switch from the package that you have with AOL Broadband, just call AOL Broadband Member Services on 0844 499 5555

    oh well ill wait to get one then try the other one has anyone actually got thiers yet
  • My calls and BT line rental are curently with The Post Office.

    Will I still pay P/Office for line rental or will it either revert back to BT or transfer to AOL?

    Anyone got any advice on the above?

    Also, when I told someone at work I was taking up the laptop offer they said they'd read that the contract cost increased by £10 after the first six months of the deal. Anyone spotted this as I couldn't see it?
