Physio called.. ranty rant rant about clowns at school.... BIG GGGGRRRRRR's

DW emptied and refilled.
I need to get laundry done but it isn't windy or warm so it won't dry outside and I refuse to put the heated airer on in September!

NOT a pleasant atmosphere in my house today.. though it might just be me being irate, everyone seems to be ignoring me.

Message from my daughter RE KH after my rant about yesterdays idiocy.. "And in all seriousness im glad now that he went before someone got really hurt " ...


Says it all really. Why did I not kick him out sooner?? I feel awful about the amount of crap my children took and I feel like I stood by and let it happen because it seemed 'normal' I need a punch to the head.

And Regarding his street walking tramp .. "I met [tramps daughter] in a pub once we went for dinner and dad and [tramp] went to get food she told me she didnt have a great relationship with her mum because her nana raised her after her mum invited men in to make money and they took advantage of her and made her watch etc" .. she was 3!!! and when it wentto court when she was about 8 the judge denied the request to give her back leaving her with her grandma.. courts do not rule against the parents unless there is something serious going on..

I'm meant to be ok with my girls spending time with these 2..

One of the girls has indicated he may be trying to get passports for them.. I wouldn't even know!!

I'm thinking we may need supervised contact because I'm not risking him absconding with my girls and his and her track record of abuse.. perfect match aren't they!

Pigpen - what an abuser (either physical or emotional) does is break the victim down so that the victim believes it's normal and acceptable to be treated that way. Also the victim believes they deserve their 'punishments' either through bullying words or fists.


You are a victim of a cruel man, please don't blame yourself. You have built yourself back up and raising amazingly astute children, who know that KH's behaviour was and is unacceptable.


You got out and kept your children safe (which you continue to do). You allow your children to express themselves so that they can air their fears to you, rather than keep it bottled up.


Please be gentle with yourself x

Deco.. he asked to have Spam overnight DD1 was horrified and just said no.. he has seen him once this year.. I asked her last night if he frightened her.. she said not any more but she used to be terrified of him, he just makes her uncomfortable and a little anxious now. It just breaks my heart that there are children grow up without their loving wonderful fathers yet he still is around to hurt these.. I actually am guilty of wishing he was gone, if only we could swap all the good men in heaven for the bad ones here.. I could heal their hurt from losing him with love and time but the damage he is doing is going to last forever..

DW emptied.. lunch snaffled just doing a little Christmas knitting while I slurp my cuppa and then ebeast packaging and a post office run..

Pigpen - you're not responsible for his behaviour or how his children react to him.


Yes there are scars of his behaviour, but by your children talking to you about it or knowing that they can, they won't become scars that go to their core IYSWIM.


There are angel daddies who don't deserve to be there and it proves that life really isn't fair but your children have a fantastic mother, who fights and protects her brood. In an ideal world, all children would have 2 loving parents to love and protect them, but this isn't an ideal world. Unfortunately.

I'm glad I decided to return, we have just finished building a house which Dh designed and we jointly project managed he rang yesterday at 4 and said I'm coming home I'm bringing someone with me to look at the house I'll be 10 mins. I'd just got out of shower:eek:
Three weeks ago I would have been going mental trying to clean up all I had to do was but the bin out :Doh and get dressed

Flying visit to say I give up :rotfl: Only thing I've managed to do this week is laundry! I lost Tuesday to sleeping, lots and lots of sleeping! I have no idea what was up with me, but I must have needed it as I feel so much better. Yesterday I lost to work except for doing laundry, and I've lost today to trying to update the software on my phone :mad: I started at 7.45am and I'm still trying to get a functioning phone as it looks like the backup it did is corrupt :wall:

I'm back from the shops with bread and milk purchased and a few other bits but didn't come back with too much! So pleased with myself. Having lunch now and will start at 1.15 which will give me two hours before ds1 needs picking up from school. Anyone want to join me?

15 minutes...
Clean living room windows!!
Clean floors in these rooms

30 minutes to spare...
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks.. shine the taps with a toothbrush

Got an hour...
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins!
Collect all the dirty laundry

Extra mission: Take your pick!

My GUAG went AWOL after my last post - since 1130 I have only managed to hang out more washing, do some washing up and eat lunch :eek:
