Hello I need some advice on we're I stand i had contact from phone4you but we also took out what they offer jump contract which allows my other hAlf to chnage contTct and phone ever 6month we only used it 1time as it cost a lot of money now my nxt question is as the company has fold and can't fill thier end of the contaract does this mean the jump contract is void with phone4you. Have notice no money have left my account yet was normal to leave on 22th of the month up unti the 25th at the latest.
I can't contact the number for the jump service as it does go through any app and I know my mins left are under 200 so try not to use0 -
Quote from EE website regarding cashback - as expected
I recently got a cashback or a free gift with purchase deal from Phones 4u. I have my phone but the free gift hasn’t arrived, so what should I do?
The administrator has now confirmed that customers who purchased a phone from Phones 4u as part of a deal including cash back/a free gift to be received in the future will not receive their cash back or free gift. As your legal agreement is between you and Phones 4u, we’re afraid that EE isn’t responsible for honouring these offers. You may make an unsecured creditor claim for the value of your cash back/free gift with the administrators – please see details at https://www.pwc.co.uk for how to do this. Please bear in mind that it’s not possible to estimate right now when you will get any payment and whether it will cover the total sum that you claim.0 -
None of the networks were ever going to help with this. It would set a precedent for any future collapse of a dealer and cost them £££££0

I am within my 14 days cancellation period. Took contract out with phones 4 u through ee. Reception is poor at home. Neither ee or phones for u will end contract!! What can I do? Been backwards between the 2 all week with no joy0

As a further little twist, I received an email earlier this afternoon saying that phones4u were now no longer able to give refunds and it was all in the hands of the administrators. Contained in the email were the email details of every single person who'd pre-ordered an iPhone through phones4u. An hour later there was another email withdrawing the previous one. What an absolute mess.0

I thought they had a 14 day returns policy for reception problems ...what does it say on the paperwork?
Contract says cancellation is subject to network provider approval. EE says it's not up to them, P4U say the same. Tomorrow is my 13th day, last day to cancel but have no idea what to do. £38 per month for 2 years & the phone won't even work at home :-(())0
