    - DD has taken up journaling (spelling doesn't look right?) which I also quite fancy.

Oh no not Bujo! I follow on FB. OMG they are obsessively keen. Put me off a bit I have to say! Think I will find my own simple way :)

Thanks Bob Sleep is a constant daily battle:( 4hurs is a good night, I can keep functioning, less than 2.5hr makes it hard to focus the next day. Today might be written off too but its sunny outside so I will do minimum required today (letters to clients) and then spend some time in garden :)

They are obsessive Igamogam! I don't think I could keep it up for long, I just like the artistic side of it, rather than spending and hour making a to-do list look beautiful .....!

Saw Mum yesterday :) but it was a long day and pretty tired today.
Sorted out quite a few admin bits with her yesterday.
Anxiety levels very high at the moment and can't shake it off. Dr gave me some tel numbers last week in case I felt like talking to someone, but it feels a bit alien to me to do that.

DD coming home today:j she needs to pick up some books we already have rather than just buy again, plus it is close to DH birthday, so she's surprising him - I'd told him she was too busy to come in Feb :rotfl: Iwill exchange some CubC8rd vouchers for a meal out perhaps, should lift all our spirits for a bit.
Today is going to be a domestic day I think, possibly do some raking? poor snowdrops struggling to show through the carpet of leaves that were never cleared in autumn. and mustn't forget VAT

Re money was heartening to get annual mortgage statement (sig updated) but frightening at the same time as I still have a big chunk of it on interest only and less than 10 years to sort out means of payment.

    Happy Friday!

Sorry.. (dont worry I do this in RL too..ie. confuse folks by leaping from topic to topic! my bad)

its a brand of journal that I found referenced on a frugal blog. And although not frugal, it was my treat to myself last month. Its helping me keep focussed. And...because I bought it part way through Jan and this version is branded for 2017 it was slightly reduced

Sorry to hear re sleep....thats hard
