Just how mean and pathetic is that, typical really (coupled with the fact he answered the question "will you resign if there is a 'no' vote?" during the campaign with a flat denial. Time to throw the toys out the pram.

where was that promise made, and by whom? The UK parliament is currently still in its summer recess, and nobody ever mentioned a recall of parliament.

When I put this question to a Scotsman he said No. The Westminster Establishment in order to hang on to its power, bribed the Scots with Scottish taxpayer's money, because tax raised per person averages £1700 higher in Scotland

.. which is in the UK coffers, not Scottish. But aren't the Scots already getting that £1,700 in additional benefits anyway?

Agree about how unachievable it would be, but it was published in Better Together literature at
