The Xmas edition is now available with a chance to win a Two Bird roast kindly donated by Jet2.0 -
We're just a little shy of 1500 downloads, but it's a good time to bump this up and wish you and your families a lovely Christmas and a prosperous 2015.
As for the airlines, I fear a number of them will have ended up on Father Christmas' "naughty list": but if they get a sack of reindeer poo on Christmas morning, they'll have no one to blame but themselves ...

At 6.7 of the guide it is explained that an allocation questionnaire will be received for return to the Court. Under rule 15.8 of the CPR if you want to file a reply to the defence it must be filed with the allocation questionnaire. I think this is a useful opportunity to respond to the defence and may help to bring matters to an early conclusion. This is what I have done with a case I am presently pursuing. Otherwise in an MCOL case the airline doesn't see the substance and strength of your case until nearer to the courtroom door( subject to what happens in mediation if any)0

BUT:
Where is our friend Novice Angel?
Has he had an accident with his little wand?
Has he been ' bought off' and jumped into bed with a couple of birds?
Is he holed up with a donkey in a stable near LBA waiting for Jet2 to deliver his compensation tomorrow?
Has one of his fellow Yorkshiremen taken him in for Xmas?
Please let me know because your reply will help to keep this post at the top of the page.0 -

Merry Christmas everyone, I'm still waiting for the post from 'over the water'..Successfully sued Ryanair in 2013/14...and have been 'helping' litigants since then.
Current known score:-
Dr Watson 35 - 0 Ryanair / Ince and Co
Go to post 622 on the Ryanair thread to read how to sue them safely.0 -
