I asked in post 108 whether Park Direct UK is a smaller company, who don't send out a NtK as referred to in Newbies thread. I don't think anybody responded.Thank you for reading this message.0

Okay, I have decided that I will carry on with this, and take the existing tickets to POPLA if necessary. However, for the sake of a small disc in my windscreen I will ask for the permit. My wife is getting distressed about it as well. I don't think she could stand to have a pile of PCNs.
When I finally receive the final outcome, presumably in my favour, I will remove the permit and advise other drivers of this decision.
Having now read the Newbies thread, and in particular the copy and paste template, which I will send once I receive the NtK,. I note the paragraph "drop hands" offer. If they don't withdraw their charge within 35 days, how would I go about charging them for my time? Has this worked?Thank you for reading this message.0 -
Depending on the PPC, if (when) they reject your appeal they may also write back to reject your offer.0

If your good wife is getting distressed over a few PNC's then I am sure she would be thrilled about you starting to sue / small claims court the PPC / Debt crawlers / management company/ landlord

I am holding two tickets. The first dated 21 February, and the second 23 February. I have not received NtK for either yet. Presuming they are forthcoming. Do I make one appeal for both, or deal with each one separately?
Thanks.Thank you for reading this message.0 -
They need to wait 28 days for the driver to appeal, if they place a window invoice on car and have up until day 56 for you to receive NtK.
Appeal each ticket separately.0 -

I have today received my NtK for my two parking 'offences'.
Just a couple of points, in case they are of 'interest'. For each 'offence' they sent me two letters, in two separate envelopes! (I wonder if they contacted DVLA twice for each one?!
The photographs of my car do not clearly show that there is no permit on my car.
I will now re-read the sticky to see what I must write to ParkDirect UK.
BTW I had to turn to page 2 of the letter before I found out how much they wanted me to pay!Thank you for reading this message.0 -

Tee hee, the parking notice nearest my house has been blown off in the wind (it was hanging by one corner this morning). :j Unfortunately there are still many more intact along the street.
