Sorry. I suppose I was hoping there would be a quick easy answer to it all.

    I will persevere!

Have you looked at your deeds yet?

That may well give you the 'easy' answer you are looking for.

Yes. However, I am not a lawyer. As far as I can see there is no reference to parking whatsoever. It talks of Right of Way by vehicle or foot. Allowing access to drains, cables etc.

The observation period was less than an hour, but cannot see anything in the BPA Code of Practice about this, only "allowing reasonable time for someone to move off the area".

BTW Ticket #.2 received today (despite my note!).

I will, hopefully, be able go through the Newbies section later tonight.

Two tickets now? Excellent, that's £60 now that they are going to lose at PoPLA!
    Je suis Charlie.
  • What does concern me slightly is that I am liable to get a ticket a day. It maybe several months (?) before it gets to PoPLA. What if I should lose?

Why would you lose at POPLA?
  • I haven't read all the detail yet, but surely some cases are rejected?

Everything you need is in the newbies thread.

You need to do some work yourself.
  • Thanks everybody. I have one other task to do tonight, and then I will go through the Newbies thread.
