I am sorry to read you have had a rubbish 2015 - i hope 2016 is a much better year for you.
I have been eating clean ( and stopped consuming sugar - well as much as i can do ) for some time now, and have lost 2 stone by doing so. I changed from buying everything low fat to full fat - so i only buy greek yogurt ( fage) these days, full fat cheese, full fat milk (although i only use cows milk in tea/coffee - for porridge and cooking i use either alpro unsweetened milk or the alpro coconut milk ). I have proper unsalted butter on my toast too (nom nom).
I also have tried not to be too rigid about eating ( ie when i go to someones house and they use a jar of sauce i eat it ) but its been hard to break the thought of good/bad foods. I have tried to change my view that food is good and tried not to feel guilty if i have a drink or a peice of cake sneaks past my lips. I have ( and still do) find this train of thought to break. It has become easier though since i have noticed that i am grumpy/bloated if i eat anything overly sugary.
Thanks RFD, I totally understand I went through that whole good/bad food thought process and it really is a hard habit to break, especially when its something that you have been telling yourself for years. Glad to hear that your making positive changes and full fat tastes so much better too! I do find it hard to find full fat yoghurt on the shelves though it seems only a handful of brands actual make full fat varieties. I'm only eating this way at the moment so I can do my allergy testing I'm not going to lie I am finding it quite tough I feel so sick, uncomfortable and bloated (I'm starting to look pregnant ). I will be glad when its over and I can go back to eating my normal foods.
My replacement bands arrived so I am now wearing my garmin again it felt so weird not to be wearing it. They really are addictive, let me know how you get on with yours. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I love this workout it really makes you sweat and all your tension just seems to melt away. It helps too if you picture something that really annoys you while doing the kickboxing sections. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
