We stayed the whole weekend at the MIL's so food wasn't as healthy as I would have liked it but I was happy to have dinners cooked for me on an actual oven!
Back to normal eats this week.
We have told all the immediate family about the pregnancy now and everyone is so happy for us. A tenancy has been signed so we have somewhere to live into up north. :j
Have let the council know we are moving so we should get some money off the council tax and also to arrange a collection for any furniture we aren't taking with us.
Still need to call EDF, & Thames Water with move date, sky and TV license to transfer contracts to the new property. I will do that this this weekend. I have already given an up to date meter readings so we didn't get a nasty shock when we leave.
Also need to update the pets insurance details, chips and our banks with the new address.
Vets, Doctors and Dentist can be sorted once we are up there.
So much to do, and the time that we have to do it is going to go so quickly. Trying to wrack my brains in case I have forgotten anything. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I got so hungry around 3.30pm that I ended up going to the vending machine. Lesson learnt always make sure you have plenty of healthy snacks. So this morning I went to the fruit stall and stocked up for the rest of the week. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

My nausea hit me like a freight train yesterday I just about managed some noodles which I thought that might be game over when I opened the microwave once I was away from the cooking smell I eventually got them down. It's weird as I was insatiably hungry throughout the earlier part of the day. I ended up in bed at 20:50pm and slept straight through.
I'm a bit nervous about doing vigorous exercise (like HIIT or weights) but hoping to do some pilates/yoga tonight, ease my self in to it. I'm going to ask the doctor when I go on the 24th; I hope it should be fine as my body was used to doing it before I got pregnant I'm hoping he sets my mind at rest.
I know gentle exercise is healthy like pilates/yoga or swimming so I must investigate that when we move. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Sorry for the absence guys; it's been manic this end.
We are almost packed up though just a few more bits and the kitchen to go. We move next Saturday, so excited.
Pregnancy is going well, although to say that I'm eating the best I can would be a lie. Between the packing, lack of oven and evening nausea I have mostly eaten takeaways or picked at snacks. Once we get settled into the new place (with a working oven) then I will be getting the eating back on track it's just quite difficult at the moment. I am looking forward to shopping at the Carlisle market though. It's going to be one of the highlights of my shopping days.
The appointment with the GP on the 24th was a bit of a bust. He didn't give me any pack or referral and just gave me some limited advice which wasn't particularly helpful. So I am hoping to get a rush appointment once I register at the doctors in Carlisle. I will be 9 weeks by then. Wow the time has really flown. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
