I don't know if it's a fall out from when I was doing my allergy testing and eating more refined foods but I cannot shake the craving for chocolate and crisps.
Also my appetite has gone through the roof stuff that used to satisfy me now makes me feel hollow even when I know I have eaten enough. I'm trying to soldier through and hope they go away as I really need to get my eating in check. I have my sisters around for dinner tonight and I have a chicken and Chorizo Stew bubbling away in the slow cooker I hope it's ok. I put a whole chicken to cook on overnight so I could strip it this morning, fingers crossed.
Depending what time my sisters leave I may try and fit in some pilates/yoga before bed with strength training commencing tomorrow.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
