  • I finally managed to put something in the slow cooker, made chilli wasn't sure how it was going to turn out but I thought it came out very well. So in the next shop I have included more items to cook in the slow cooker.
    The landlord will not be replacing our oven as although it was there when we moved in the landlord had advertised it as a unfurnished property. We will be buying our own but as we are so close to the end of our tenancy we have stated that we will not be replacing it unless we lock in for another 12 months.

    Had my bloods taken today for my allergy testing so I can finally start working my diet back to how I like it. There are only two things I will miss and that was tuna and sweetcorn mayo & hot chocolate topped with cream. Everything else I am more than happy to see the back of. I think it may take a few days for the bloat to go down but I am so relieved its over.

    I could make excuses but that won't help me to shed the extra weight so I will just have to focus my efforts. To be fair, I haven't been exercising properly for a while so with Christmas and the allergy test foods it was bound to happen. I will be weighing back in at the end of the month to check progress.

    Good to see you back posting. Sorry to hear that 2015 was such a challenging year, hopefully 2016 will be kinder. The new year is a good time to get back on track with healthy eating and exercising.
