I was supposed to do some exercise last night but got caught up batch making mince. On the plus side I now have 3 large cottage pies, another mince and potatoes (as above) as well as for dinner last night and lunch today. One cottage pie is for tonight the others will go in the freezer. I'm hoping that the DH doesn't notice that I bulked out the mince with extra veg and oatsThat voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I spent the day in the kitchen, and batch made soup. Now have 5 portions each of tomato, spinach and Broccoli & Stiliton in the freezer. All while cooking a roast too. I also stripped the chicken, put the bones in the slow cooker last night, chopped up all the veg and herbs for stew into a saucepan. So this morning I just needed to add the stock that had been boiling overnight. My husband just needs to put it on the heat and let it bubble away. Yummy chicken stew for dinner with minimal effort!!That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I posted yesterday but the post has disappeared. Anyway, I my Garmin app isn't working properly so I wanted to wait until it fixed itself but it is still not 100% so I rather then post the last two weeks of food and exercise I am just going to pick up from Monday.
