Two things I have started this month to help me are:
* A motivation diary - I have included photos of me at my happy weight and my biggest, with all my feelings and emotions. I will see how this pans pit so far it feels good to get all the ramblings out on paper.
* An exercise schedule - pinned to the fridge I can see exactly which days I need to do exercise and my allotted rest days. It contains which workouts I am doing to so I can mix it up rather than falling back on the same 5 day challenge workouts. I'm also going to try and be more active of a weekend, no more ft will feature on my diary.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
