I'm back, I didn't realise how long I had been away until I checked this morning. Whoops. Oh well. I have recorded my food as of last Tuesday so I will pick it up from there.
I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday in Carlisle; visiting family and plenty of walking. Obviously being away from home I didn't have much input into the food choices but the main meals were packed out with veggies.
