Only realised when I was typing the above that it is Thursday and I should have done my weigh in this morning. Oh well one day late won't make that much of a differenceThat voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Ok weigh in bit of a mixed bag.
I have gained 2.4lbs and lost 1 inch from my waist.
Current weight now stands at 11st 6.6lbs I'm not too down hearted by this as I am starting to feel my body change from the exercise and am focusing on this positive rather than the weight gain.
I also am going to have to really focus on my eating and drinking on social occasions. It's tough to not have a least one drink as when I don't people automatically assume I am pregnant which really infuriates me as I am carrying extra around my middle anyway. I always feel like I need an excuse to not drink even though I can quite happily go out for a night and not drink if people would just keep their comments to themselves. Sometimes I really have to bite my tongue so as not to be very rude.
Sorry rant over. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I am going to challenge myself to eat clean for October. I know I have 2 possibly 3 social events in that month too.
I am also making a two cheesecakes, Lemon and Strawberries & Cream, for my husband for his birthday (He doesn't like normal cake) and I want to make one added sugar free. Best success will be from the S&C
These are the ingredients that I usually use
Strawberries
Mascapone
digestive biscuits
butter
sugar
I think I can quite easily take the sugar out completely but what about the biscuits? Is there anything else I could substitute that would make it real food friendly? I have read somewhere about using ground almonds has anyone tried this? That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Busy weekend of housework so forgot to wear my pedometer and log my food. I did stick to it although don't think I ate enough. I only ate breakfast and dinner.
On the plus side my washing pile now fits in the basket. Although now I have to put 6 loads of washing awayThat voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I don't know if it's all the extra exercise I am doing or the change in weather lately but I am tired of late.
Do need to make sure I get enough sleep!!
I have completed my shopping list and it will be delivered tomorrow ready for my eat clean for October challenge.
Will be eating more fish and veg too. I'm quite looking forward to it.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I have noticed in the mornings I seem to be feeling less hungry. I am struggling to eat above 1500.
Positives: My legs feel more solid (muscly) and my tummy looks visibly flatter (still a long way to go though).
Starting to do a really big clear out of the house (where did all this stuff come from?). Should help on the exercise front though. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Food delivery arrived last night so before I could settle into the evening had to fillet two fish. First time I have done this and was quite proud of my self for not making a complete mess of it and it worked out cheaper than buying fillets in the nice packaging.
A new found respect for the fishmongers! That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
