Wow
I wish you was coming to my wedding, not expecting that much from anyone x0 -
Really? Surely than getting all worked up then buying you a towel bale the could have...........asked?Thing is, we didn't have a wedding list for our wedding for those exact reasons you give - but several of our friends were disgruntled that we didn't have one because they wanted to know what to buy.
As a result we ended up with a lot of towels...
I got married three weeks ago. We didn't enclose a list or ask for money. About 2/3 gave us money, I think for friends the average was about £50.and from the rest we got a lovely selection of gifts

Anyone with a degree of decency would. Its as simple as that.
I sat at spent two hours writing out personalised thank you cards and posted them the day after the wedding, before we flew out on honeymoon that night. I would have felt dreadful if I hadn't.0
