    I got married three weeks ago. We didn't enclose a list or ask for money. About 2/3 gave us money, I think for friends the average was about £50.and from the rest we got a lovely selection of gifts :D

    I have to agree but sadly not everyone sees it that way.

    Anyone with a degree of decency would. Its as simple as that.

    I sat at spent two hours writing out personalised thank you cards and posted them the day after the wedding, before we flew out on honeymoon that night. I would have felt dreadful if I hadn't.
