If you read my post I said I did NOT have a problem with giving people lfits to work!!! I didnt even know until he mentioned it. He then said he had stopped because they were not giving him any petrol money. Again I did not have problem with this!!
It was when he told me he wasn't giving them lifts and I found out he was lying!!
Why would he lie about it if I didn't have a problem with it!

Victory.......attention seeking I'm not, I actually take offensive to that comment.

You have no idea what I have been through so do not judge me.

If you think this thread is some kind of a joke then stop reading and get on with other things that are more important to you.

I have said thanks to everyone ages ago for comments about my thread, |I really didn't expect such a response, and I was happy to end the thread because I knew comments like you have made were coming.

Thanks again to all of you that have given ME the benefit of the doubt in believing me, as weird as what some might think.

Now I call it, they always switch from being pleasant to this....

U tell him where he can and cant check his emails
Who he can and cant give lifts to

If you read the OP's post properly, you'd see that she didn't say who he could or couldn't give lifts to at all. She was just upset that he explicitly lied and said he wasn't doing it when he actually was. I think it's fair enough to be upset in those circumstances...

BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY MADE A HUGE DEAL ABOUT, OH WHO YOU GIVING LIFTS TO, OH A WOMAN, HOW OLD IS SHE, IS SHE MARRIED, OH SINGLE, HMMMMMM.......

So for a quiet life he said he wasnt giving lifts anymore and fewlt the need to hide a very normal activity!

instead of you being supportive and saying, yes your right you shouldnt if they dont pay you, but it can get awkward at work. Just remember that its only a few quid and lifes too short.

I am not being nasty at all.

I know I am paranoid and have trust issues, I have held my hands up to that.
I am the person I am for very good reason, that I wont go into because it would seem I am looking for attention. Do you really think I would go onto this site for attention!!

I would take on board the comments about me being over paranoid etc if it was done in a constructive way, but chucking mud at me for having these issues doesn't make me feel any better, in fact I'm quite upset about it.

I am a good person, I give my all in relationships and am trustworthy!! But when someone lies to me then of course I will have doubts.

I also know if I don't sort my issues out I will prob ruin this relationship, I understand that 100%, but there are ways of saying things, they don't have to be said in a nasty way.

And in fact I did say exactly that....'.if they dont contribute then stop', then I said' its your choice, one way or the other'. I didn't care but I did when he lied about it, there was no reason for him to lie about something I wasn't bothered about!!

Im using block capitals, because i cant shout at you in real life.

The softly softly approach hasnt worked. You keep saying you're paranoid, have trust issues etc. Ok there's the symptoms, have you been to your GP to discuss the cure? - no you havent. Because its easier for you to have a crutch to lean on.

You can do these things, treat your OH with suspicion and so forth (and i mean any relationship u have, not specifically this one) and if it goes wrong you have the whole, im like this because of my past excuse. Which is only an excuse to yourself.

So instead of putting in abit of effort for the rewards of a long term and happy life, you sabotage your relationships.

and i didnt say you had a problem with him giving lifts, i said you had a problem with who it was - because there was a woman involved!
