    I want my court appearance.
    'Do you have a tv'
    'no'
    'What evidence is there'
'I haven't brought it with me, it's not over there'
(to the prosecution) 'Any evidence to show it is there?'
    'no'

That's not how it works, unfortunately.

The only hand held machine they have, is a PDA.

How did they make you sign?

    Gun to the head?

    Thumbscrews?

    Electric wires to the gonads?

Please STOP replying to this post You obviously take great pleasure in ridiculing people
One day they WILL catch you and then may be you will know where I'm coming from

It sounds like they conned him. Told him he was guilty - he signed the form, and then they summonsed him.

No one " conned me " With the courts if you ignore it they WILL treat you as guilty and fine you accordingly I don't know where some of the folk on here come from They've obviously not experienced hard times followed by courts

This is a public forum. If you want to dictate policy you'll need to start your own forum.

This is an issue of legitimate public interest - which presumably you agree with, otherwise you wouldn't have started the thread in the first place.

I've sat through about 80 TVL hearings, and one all day session which was a TVL obstruction case. So I know a fair bit about it, though never from the perspective of a defendant.

Yes, they will find you guilty by default in your absence. But if there's no credible evidence, all you need to do is turn up, and they should dismiss the case.

How can they "catch" me, when I'm not breaking the law

    And I'm not ridiculing anyone.

I'm just curious, as to how they can make someone sign a form?
