I've sat through about 80 TVL hearings, and one all day session which was a TVL obstruction case. So I know a fair bit about it, though never from the perspective of a defendant.
Yes, they will find you guilty by default in your absence. But if there's no credible evidence, all you need to do is turn up, and they should dismiss the case.0 -
