You're not really following the Plan properly if you don't have a minimum of 5 syns a day. Your losses will be much better if you have more syns - daft as that sounds it seems to be true. You also don't seem to be eating very much at all. I'd be really hungry if I ate what you have planned for today!
I definitely think you need to up your syns. You should really aim for between 10 and 15 at the moment so that when your losses slow down you'll have somewhere to easily reduce.

Got phone call from DD1 at 8pm last night to say she'd bumped her car. It's her first car and only had it 7 weeks :eek: She was very shaken up and we had to go and escort her home. I'm pleased to say it was just her pride that was hurt and not herself.

The Schwartz shakes are free so that's not the problem but I'd be surprised if it's the lack of exercise either that's slowed your weightloss. I do very little exercise (compared to many of the superstars on here!;)) and have got to target that way.
Are you dong the Red (original) plan? If so, you should be having more HEXs. I don't see any mention of potatoes or pasta? Maybe you need a bit more fibre? If you've eaten much the same all along perhaps a few different things in your menu to shake things up a bit. Another possibility is too much fruit compared with veg due to the sugar content. And I don't see any mention of syns?
Sorry for that load of comments but just thinking aloud why you might have gained.
I've had a SW breakfast (eggs on toast) but out to lunch so not expecting great things.
ETA: Glad your DD's OK mim. Meant to ask: if that Fibre Filler's a HM cereal does it count as a HEB or are you just experimenting with it?0 -

That makes perfect sense - I will increase the amount I am eating. To be honest, what I am eating fills me up OK, but I am sure I can squeeze a chocolate bar in somewhere! It is an odd problem to have that I'm not eating enough!0 -

I don't know about the syns, I'm not great at keeping track of them but tend to be low side, but I have heard people say that they don't feel they lose as well if they don't have them.
I'm sure there are people on here with more SW experience who will know!
ThanksI am losing OK at the moment but I have a long way to go so it does make sense to increase my Syns so I can cut them out later if I need to. I just need to eat more.

I think there's an inbuilt thing about needing to eat less to lose, especially if you've done calorie controlled diets in the past. Enjoy your weekend!0 -

Fibre filler is 25g mix of bran flakes, all bran & oats, all of which are on the HEB list so I thought it would be ok.Weight loss 0/2st

Hi everyone,
Been following the thread for a while now as I did SW back in 2012 but wasn't too fond of my group (too many people!). Rejoined a different group on Wednesday as my pants feel a little too tight for my liking and was hoping I could join you guys for a little extra support as I get back into the swing of things
I found the first day really hard as I'm trying to break the habit of snacking at night but hopefully today will be better as I have a lot of fruit and ham to hand if I'm feeling peckish.
Does anyone have any snack ideas other than veggies/fruit and muller lights? Preferably on the savoury side as I don't have much of a sweet tooth.

Morning all
Just been to physio and she is delighted with my progress. She says I can come off the crutches when I feel ready but for the time being I should carry them with me if I need them.off to the gym now. I have a feeling I will drop out of the lower end of target range this week but I'm away next week and the top I'm wearing on Wednesday night leaves NO margin for error
I've had a bit of a slack week (I now have one 'naughty' meal a week and am continuing with my exercise) but my syn levels have been quite high and I haven't had a proper workout in the gym since last Friday although I've been to yoga and have done walking and used my home exercise bike. I have a feeling I'm going to come back with a hefty gain though week after next!
Today's menu:
B: frozen mixed fruit, Mullerlight,Frappucino with HEXA s/s
Snack: Bottle of water, HEXB x 2 Alpen Light bars
L: Plain ham salad, banana, 2 easy peel satsumas
T: Tuna pasta, 2 Freddos (I can't just eat one- and there's only 2 left in the packet!!) NAS cordial
S: Steamed mixed veg
Syns: 10
Body Magic: 90 mins at gym
