You sound alot like me.
I also lost 1.5st about 2-3 years ago on SW and again, put it all back on slowly over the years (mainly by me being lazy and making bad choices) and i'm looking to lose that 1.5st.
I'm also a veggie and will also be following the green plan, i'm hoping to make a proper start tomorrow
My biggest downfalls are also cheese, chocolate and general snacking.
Do you fancy being slimming buddies?! :A
Do we need to put our actual weights on here, or just the losses??(hopefully)
I'm currently on week 2 of the couch to 5k fitness programe too.currently working to save £2014 in 2014

Oh Meg of all the photos to pick off the net, why that one? That's my 'ex' friend from down the road. She got a few modelling jobs and it went straight to her head. They're veneers anyway!!
Hope you're all ok? Have been feeling sorry for myself all day. Am still very sore in the mouth department
Sorry frogga didn't realise this was your ex friend, she looks so much older than you, hope your mouth is a bit better now.Slimming World at target0 -

The vast majority of us only put losses/gains at WI and say about the awards we've got. There's certainly no need to share your actual weight here
In fact, my hubby doesn't know my target or what I weigh now as I'm all for honesty in a relationship, but that's the one thing he doesn't get to know about me :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Hi ladies can i join please? i have been doing SW alone since may and lost 2stone but i have fractured my foot and cant walk on it so the weight is starting to come back on...so far only gained 1.5lbs but i have almost another stone to lose now so any tips greatly appreciated,
I eat lots...have always had a huge appetite and am on EE
Breakfast is normally my heb 2benefit light bars and my hea 5laughing cow extra light Cheese triangles as i dont usually have breakfast or milk or bread so this gets both he done and dusted
Lunch is usually fried onion mushrooms tomatoes with either an omelette, fish fillet, meat of the day or bacon
Snacks are lots of fruit..berries, peaches, plums, strawberries, melon,, etc i eat fruit all day long
Dinner is fried onions, mushrooms, peppers and whatever meat or fish OH is having last night it was gammon today will be pork fillet or steak
I cut all the fat off my meat
I have been adding liberal shakes of schwartz perfect shakes all varieties to my stir fries..believing them to be syn free could this be what is making me gain? I always use frylight but again spray lots of times..do i need to cut down?
TIA ladies
Don't think you need to cut down on fryight, its free. Its one cal a spray so even if you used 20 sprays it would only be 1 synSlimming World at target0 -
And i think you are right i need less fruit and far more veggies...hate them though
If you hate veggies but love fruit, try combining the two, my friend is like this but gets round it by adding grated carrot to chopped apple and pear, grated cabbage and celery to pineapple.
and my favourite, finely chopped tomato , onion and grapes.Slimming World at target0 -

No problems for me Meg. I come on to MSE at different times during the day and seems OK all the time (only problem for me is the slow internet speed where I live!).
