Lost around 1.5 st 2-3yrs ago with sw.put majority back on quite slowly.
Recovering from surgery at the moment, which has kick started my weight loss- 6lb in last 2 weeks so now looking to loose another 14-15lbs ideally.
Started back to gym this week and trying to follow the sw plan.
I cannot afford the weekly fee to join back to a group so hoping to loose the weight on here.
I'm a vegetarian so need to follow the green plan.
Biggest downfall for me is cheese, chocolate, snacking when I come in from work and wine on the weekend,
Any help/recommendations would be great !!
currently working to save £2014 in 2014
    total so far £331
    selling on facebook
    overtime in work
    ebay sales and online surveys.
    Every little helps!!

    Hi Beth
    You sound alot like me.
I also lost 1.5st about 2-3 years ago on SW and again, put it all back on slowly over the years (mainly by me being lazy and making bad choices) and i'm looking to lose that 1.5st.
I'm also a veggie and will also be following the green plan, i'm hoping to make a proper start tomorrow :)
My biggest downfalls are also cheese, chocolate and general snacking.
Do you fancy being slimming buddies?! :A

Not been on for a couple of days, but have stuck to plan. I need to stop the mid week weigh in though, as it is depressing me.

Also - I was wondering how many of you are following the SW plan without a group? I am not enjoying my group at all for reasons that I won't bore you with so was thinking of going it alone. My plan is to go on Monday, then take a two week holiday to make sure I stay on track. To be honest, I don't feel particularly supported so I'm not sure I'll miss it. Thoughts?

    Menu for today:

B - Oats, berries (from frozen) with FF Greek yoghurt
    L - Bolognese with pasta
D - Salmon fillets with a HUGE salad and new pots.

Snacks - Red grapes, cherries and an orange. 5 Haribo sweets.
    Drinks - Tea, coffee, water.

I joined online because I didn't want to go to a group I wouldn't have felt comfortable.

Prefer to go it alone .

When my 3 months online is up I wont rejoin but will carry on with SW :)

    Hi Beth :hello:

Well done on your losses flutterby, Janie, Shell, tweets, and joedenise,

    Commiserations on the gain PLMBL.

and hugs for all of those who have sleep deprivation from littlies, sore teeth or just need a hug.

    Menu today was:

Breakfast: apple (not a good idea, definately need more in the morning than just an apple!!) and DG coffee (2.5 syns)

    lunch: Ham and mushroom omlette

dinner: Tuna pasta with cucumber, peppers and spring onion served on a bed of lettuce and with some cherry toms - yum yum (1 syn for mayo)

    supper: cheese (HeA) and grapes

snack: snack of jacks (4.5 syns)

    Total syns: 8

Lots of body magic today as I cleaned my windows and in the living room and dining room they go wall to wall, ceiling to floor. Kitchen one is wall to wall. So lots of stretching up and down, side to side not to mention the huffing and puffing lol.

when it comes to exercise I am happy to just keep it on here as part of the thread as it's a holistic approach.

Yesterday went a bit mad as I forgot I'd had a slice of bread and had two benefit bars and accidentally ate 1/2 the SW quiche instead of a quarter, but I synned it and I think I ended up on 14 :o
TopGirl - there's no problem with eating 1/2 a SW quiche as everything in it should be Free; unless of course you've put something in which isn't Free!
