Off to WI in about an hour and hoping to have lost at least some of the weight I put on last week (I don't expect to lose the whole 2lb as all the way through my weight loss I've been a slow loser - usually just 0.5 or 1lb!)

    Having an EE day today:

    B - banana & grapes - after WI
    L - ham & HM coleslaw sandwich
    D - corned beef hash

    HEA - milk/cheese
    HEB - 2 WM bread
Syns - LTL mayo (instead of spread on bread) 1; corned beef 2.5; not sure what else yet

Back later after I've been to WI and shopping.

    Morning all!!

    Hope you're all well today!

After seeing posts from macpep1 and Lantanna regarding planking i've been thinking, shall we add these 'challenges' to this thread or have a separate thread maybe?

All i'm thinking is because I always seem to start off well and then start to forget to do them everyday and then forget about them all together, whereas if we kept track of them on here, we wont forget?

Anyone else think this may be a good idea?

Hi all - does anyone know what the syns on this product are please - I assume they're not free in the way a tin of beans would be but I assume the beans count towards free food?

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=283508422

Tesco - Smoky BBQ Beans, chilled shelf. 350g.

Annoyingly I can't see the nutritional information on the picture, and I've chucked the packaging!

EDIT - just got it from Tesco chat:

    info_zps7f893971.png

And the percentage of beans is 35% (haricot).

Maybe a separate thread for exercises?? Or if people don't mind we can just discuss it on here as an extra! I don't mind at all??
  • Hi all

Well lost 1.5lb at weigh in last night. If it comes of like that every week I will be at my target by Easter next year and that allows for a few stay the sames or slight gains.

    Todays menu looks like this

    B- fruit and yogurt
L- Not sure probably chicken salad
    D - pasta carborara

Syns a bit of chocolate at some stage.

Yep Pepsi Max is free. I am a Pepsi Max addict.

Sick as a chip only 0.2pb off as * week is nearly upon me.

Really short staffed in my business due to sickness means I have to cancel a trip away to Edinburgh Zoo with my DH and LO and it looks like they will not be back for me to go on holiday in September.

I could cry I really could. I run my own business and work an other job 20 hours a week. Week in week out work 7 days a week and what keeps me going is the thought of spending some quality time with my LO.

I have applied for a different job and if I get it I will not be able to move my holiday back until October/November time as I will be in training and I have to attend the full 6 weeks. There is literally 10 days in the middle of September we can go if I get the job and I really want the job.

Things not the best with my DH either and we really need some family time to get things back on track.

Big massive self pity party at my house today!

    EE for me again.

Breakfast - 2 x wheatabix, skimmed milk, banana, nectarine
Lunch - salmon salad, 3 chips! and some pasta.
Tea - smoked fish, rice, salad, dressing.

    Snacks - red apple x 2, melon

Syns - chips 1?, salad dressing 1 - going to have some chocolate or something to.

    Thank you tazzyb :j

Weigh in day today 3pm my belly feels slimmer :T
