    Hi there,

I just joined SW on Monday and I found the group to be lovely! I'm feeling positive about it but I'm struggling with working out syns for a few things. It can feel a bit lonely as my family isn't too keen on 'healthy food' :( so I thought I'd join in here. I've got over 4 stone to lose so hopefully I'll make some progress!

    Hiya RosieRosebud

You will find they are a friendly bunch on here I poked my nose in a couple week ago and was made welcome. :)

Welcome Rosie! You should have been given login details for the online SW and there is a handy syns calculator on there for pretty much anything. But do feel free to ask on here, there's a lot of knowledgable bods or we can look things up for you.

Welcome to all the newbies :T this is a great place for help and advice. The people are very friendly but watch out for the slightly crazy ones (especially the one who thinks she's a frog :D).
Speaking of frogs, they don't have teeth do they? Hmmmmm

Frogga jesting aside I really feel for you, nothing worse than tooth pain especially if it gets the nerves. Hope the ouchyness fades soon.

    Food today;
    B - ReadyBrek, honey (2) coffee
L - ham, salad, beetroot, rice, honey/mustard mayo (2), coffee
T - gluten free pasta, chopped toms, beans, squirt BBQ sauce (1)
    S - choc snack a jack (2)
    HEA - milk
    HEB - ReadyBrek
    Syns - 7

Have eaten at odd times today, my body clock is all out of sync. Also sat on bum all day watching TV or on ipad as hubby decided to sleep off night shift in his chair so I didn't want to wake him. Soooo not doing that again, was bored stiff :o.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Yep Pepsi Max is free. I am a Pepsi Max addict.

Sick as a chip only 0.2pb off as * week is nearly upon me.

Really short staffed in my business due to sickness means I have to cancel a trip away to Edinburgh Zoo with my DH and LO and it looks like they will not be back for me to go on holiday in September.

I could cry I really could. I run my own business and work an other job 20 hours a week. Week in week out work 7 days a week and what keeps me going is the thought of spending some quality time with my LO.

I have applied for a different job and if I get it I will not be able to move my holiday back until October/November time as I will be in training and I have to attend the full 6 weeks. There is literally 10 days in the middle of September we can go if I get the job and I really want the job.

Things not the best with my DH either and we really need some family time to get things back on track.

Big massive self pity party at my house today!

    EE for me again.

Breakfast - 2 x wheatabix, skimmed milk, banana, nectarine
Lunch - salmon salad, 3 chips! and some pasta.
Tea - smoked fish, rice, salad, dressing.

    Snacks - red apple x 2, melon

Syns - chips 1?, salad dressing 1 - going to have some chocolate or something to.
