Yes it is. 1/2 syn between 4 portions isn't much anyway but that's good to know if I ever forget to put it in lol.

    You share your cake:rotfl:

I'm in shock coz hubby tried sausage and bacon quiche....with a bag of crisps lol

Sounds like the sort of thing my DH would do!

    Good Morning everyone :)

I'm new to this thread, I'm already getting some great ideas for my meal plans :) I'll start writing one now and go shopping during my lunch hour!

I used to do SW online and also went to a group about a year ago and I want to start again, I'm due to move house (From the NW to Midlands!) in the next month or so, and I'm hoping to join a group again once I've moved.

Thing is, I want to get started now (even though I'm going on holiday next week!) because I don't want to put it off any longer.

I'm going to have my first weigh in tomorrow :D so will post again tomorrow morning with my starting weight and also my menu for tomorrow.

A quick question though if anyone would be so kind as to answer....

I'm vegetarian. When I was on SW before I wasn't and I followed EE, should I stick to EE or should I just start on Green?

    Thanks everyone!

    Steff :)

Im not veggie but do mostly green days as like my carbs :D if i were you id do green but still try to have 1/3rd superfree as it really does help.
Oh and i got to target and stayed here [ish] doing that :D [9 years at target]

    Hi All

Well done everyone on your losses :j, you have been busy, too many to remember :rotfl: .

I had a good old clear out of my bedroom last night, changed the sheets, cleaned the windows all the mirrors & wardrobe doors & hoovered & dusted ( It was raining so I couldnt go out walking :rotfl:) & I hate the cross trainer :(.

    EE Day for me

B - Overnight oats (only ate half will have rest later) HEB, strawberries.
L - Low Fat Super noodles, chicken, peppers, mushrooms, side salad, shape yoghurt (1/2 syn)
    D - Tatties, ham & cabbage
HEA - Glass of milk with dinner

    Drinks so far - 2 x coffees (1 syn), 1.5 l water, 1 green tea.

Got to shoot off now, finish work in 14 minutes, have a good evening everyone x

Lantanna - I started the 20 day plank but got to day 8 & then kept forgetting about it, would planking alone tone the tummy do you think? Good luck on your crusade, you are doing amazing :T

I kind of do them sporadically when I remember but I definitely think that they would. Anything I have looked at or people I've spoken to that seem to know anything about fitness seem to rave about them. They seem to have replaced sit ups (thank goodness as they are horrible). Planks are tough but not as hard as sit ups.

Think they are good for your posture as well. I am really trying to work on my posture and holding myself better - apparently this helps your core as well........

Just do what you can its all steps in the right direction! :)
