Good day today. Went out with my mum for lunch and managed to stick to my jacket potato and prawns which I had pre planned and did not succumb to the beautiful cakes that they do, even though mum and DS 1 had a huge one each after their lunch!!!

Yes you will need to syn the ham on a Green Day.

Basically on a Green day any meat has to be synned or used as HEB; on a Red day anything like beans, peas, potatoes etc need to be synned or used as HEB.

    HTH.

Just back from WI. Couldn't stop tonight as the baby fell asleep not long before I left and hubby was panicking he would wake up before I got back!

2lb loss for me. Was kind of disappointed, stupidly, cos it's the worst week I've had (only end of week 6!). And as hubby pointed out, I have now shifted 1st 5.5lb since I started which is hardly bad.

Shall go repeat some mantra about how well I am doing to myself and that 2lb a week will still get me thin (just a bit slower) :rotfl:

If you used the ham as one of your 2 HEBs on a green day that's ok it doesn't need synned :D
