    Yet more sad news here.
One of my closest friends DH died suddenly at weekend.
    He was only 57.
She is just devastated, as I am for her.
The tears are running down my face as I type this.
I have hardly slept & what eating I have done has not been good.

So my message for the day is make the most of it.
None of us knows what life has in store for us.
We had such fun at her 50th just a few months ago & her daughters 21st.
I see her just about every day & so need to stay strong to support her.

Such a sad post Beanielou, your poor friend :(

Can I join the august Challenge please? I'd like to lose 5lbs.
I have weigh in tomorrow  but hopefully have lost a couple of pounds as I put on the week before as I was incubating a food baby!!
B- overnight oats (I never fancy breakfast first thing so I make these the night before and take them to work to eat about 10am)
L- Tuna pasta (but in reality pasta sweetcorn and low cal salad cream as I intended to add tuna thi morning but forgot!)
D-slimming world egg and chips with a spot of ketchup.

also apple banana melon and a freddo (sorry Frogga!)
May also have a little glass of red although I'm sure that would take me close to my limit:o

I will try that beer thanks Hostie:D
Also a massive Bake off fan but will try and resist trying to re-create the recipies this year..... will just gaze into those blue eyes .........
    LBM- finally kicked in 16/12/08 @ [strike]£41,862 [/strike] £0.00/ DFD- 24/12/13 :D

Flip Beanie that's awful. Things like that really do make you stop and think don't they? Why do we waste such a lot of time being low about totally unimportant things? Sending you hugs matey. I shall think on.
