wiz, I'm so delighted for you. Well done!!:Tdurham_mim wrote: »Morning all!
Can anyone tell me if this is a Red Daynot sure if peas are allowed or if I'll have to syn them:
B: Shreddies & ff yoghurt. Hazelnut Coffee with milk.
L: Mushy pea curry with salad. 2 x plums. Either tea with milk or HM skinny latte.Chicken & bacon casserole, mashed swede, broccoli & sprouts. Peach. Tea with milk.
BM: 1 hr Callanetics
Syn Bank: 15 (may have a freddo later)
As it stands (without knowing the quantities) you've got 2 HEBs (mushy peas and Shreddies) and your milk as a HEA. You're allowed 140g of mushy peas which is just under half a tin. I don't remember what else is in the curry but any pulses would have to be synned. Otherwise just go easy on the milk and call it EE.
Frogga, so pleased to hear you sounding positive again.:) It does sound as if your stores might be a bit excessive, especially for this time of the year. Why not try 'shopping' from the storecupboard when you do a meal plan. Very :money:
I have to be very disciplined with multi packs in the house mildredd. I can manage it with most things. I have multipacks of Crunchies as DH and I share one at football but haven't been touched since the end of the season. Last week I bought in loads of wine (25% off in Sainsbury's) and that won't encourage me to drink more than usual.;) BUT, I know if I buy crisps they call to me from the kitchen until they're all eaten.
I'll certainly add asparagus to my list this week lantanna. I had some on Saturday but my tummy isn't flat yet!
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast
L: plenty of LOs or vegetable soup availablebaked cod, new potatoes, broccoli & cauli cheese
Syns: cheese sauce but some of the cheese/milk will be offset in HEA. Might call it a Green day and have small portion of fish.
I'm feeling a bit bloated and supper will be early tonight so may skip a proper lunch and just have a bit of fruit.0 -

Good afternoon.
Top Boy left the freezer open last night  discovered at 10am today.
It wasn't the disaster it could have been though, binned a couple of naans I probably wouldn't have eaten anyway and defrosted and reorganised it all.
Some gammon steaks and pork steaks had defrosted so we had a massive mixed grill for brunch as it took two hours to sort the damn thing out.
Luckily *ahem* it was ages since it had last been done so stuff like chicken fillets and salmon had that much ice round them, they were still absolutely frozen solid :rotfl:
Was on my list for a holiday job anyway :T
B/D - Gammon steak, pork steak, poached egg, SW chips, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, 1 slice of great white which weight 40g so going to have a benefit bar later and just count as 2 syns?
T - SW bolognese, made yesterday, with spaghetti.
HEXA - milk in tea
HEXB - bread/bar
Syns - 2 in bar, lightly buttered bread so 3 for that and 2 for an options later.
7/7/7 will be done, two litres in already.
BM - Top Boy's 'punishment' is helping me for a couple of hours in the jungle.
WELL DONE WIZKID :j:j:j0 -
Hi All
Just skim read the thread, only just getting back into the swing of coming on again. .

Afternoon all, noticing the amount of mushy pea curry on people's menus the shops must be running low :rotfl:
Speaking of which, just put on a MASSIVE vat of curry myself, SO want to get that gain off the list.
Anyone else being plagued by bluebottles? Driving me mad :mad:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well, I have done it at last 1 below eleven . I can't believe it. I hope I don't get too complacent this week or I will be back above 11 next week. Well, it's been like that for two years, but, could be that I am actually moving this time. My clothes are much slacker so, that's something. Yippee ! :T :j
Oh Wiz really pleased for you, you have worked so hard for it.Slimming World at target0 -
