    Hi All

Just skim read the thread, only just getting back into the swing of coming on again :o. I had not too bad a weekend, dont think I overdone it but was out for dinner yesterday before going to the closing ceremonly for the Commonwealth Games, menu was not very SW friendly but picked the best that I could. * was also overdue by 4 days & arrived last night & have not had a no. 2 in 3 days so fair to say I am dreading the scales tonight :(.

Annie - Can you please put me down for 5lb for August, thank you x

Hope you are all ok, I see a few of you are struggling ATM xx
Are you joining challenge? If so what is your goal for the 2 month July/August and what us total loss so far?

Well, I have done it at last 1 below eleven . I can't believe it. I hope I don't get too complacent this week or I will be back above 11 next week. Well, it's been like that for two years, but, could be that I am actually moving this time. My clothes are much slacker so, that's something. Yippee ! :T :j

    :T Yeah! :T :j Well done :j

Well I changed my menu and has I've already eaten most of it and the casserole is in the oven it's too late to change now.

B: Shreddies & ff yoghurt. Hazelnut coffee & milk.
L: 2 x mushy pea wholemeal toasted sandwiches.(10 syns for the bread) HM Skinny latte.
D: Chicken & bacon casserole, mashed swede, broccoli & sprouts.
Plum & nectarine. Tea with milk.

    BM: Callanetics 1 hr
    Syn bank: 0

It was only about half a tin worth of mushy pea curry (it has baked beans in which are allowed on red, I believe).

No, sadly all pulses are either synned or HEB on red, including bake beans.:( So, assuming you've had more than one HEA of milk it'll depend on which has the higher syn value extra milk or baked beans.

Thanks Maman, will just draw a line under it and start again tomorrow, I did not use all my syns last week so perhaps that will help. We have returned our borrowed SW book so are a bit lost without it atm. I have ordered one for ourselves off Ebay and am waiting for it to arrive.

Now now Mildredd, don't sulk, it's very unbecoming :D

So many of you are doing so well, you are inspiring me to be as good as you

Very well done Wiz, wish it was me being 10something. Soon. :T

The solution to the flies is easy TIE, get a Frog. Mr Frog has an incredibly long tongue which is excellent for all sorts of things including fly catching. Although obviously you'll have to make sure you don't ask a Veggie fly like me because that would actually be really offensive.

Tadpole 2 is ALWAYS leaving the freezer door open Top Girl. It's SO annoying! She is now banned from getting anything from the freezer and has to ask Tadpole 2 to get it for her, and he's the younger one!

Sorry to hear about your dog too Lantanna. People said to me that their dogs were like their Kids, but mine weren't. My dogs are like my brothers. My very good friends who I've shared 16 years with. Every single day with them for 16 years. And then they are gone. It's very sad. And I miss them terribly.

I've decided to do no proper cupboard shopping this week and live off the stores Maman. I'll have to get bread and milk etc, but no stocking up. Even if it's on offer!

So todays food was as follows..

    Monday 4th August

Breakfast~ Baked Beans, 2poached eggs, mushrooms on an opened wholemeal bread roll (HEB) on a HUGE bed ofwatercress and grated cheese on top (HEA)

    Snack ~ lots of grapes

Lunch~ 2 corn on the cobs

    Snack ~ 2 kiwi

Tea~ Hm spicy chili beans(spicy beans, toms, onions, celery,) curly Kale, french beans, carrots and newpots

    Ff yog

    Later ~ Raspberry’s and FFyog

Evening Treat ~ Frys Chocolate Crème

Day 1 is always easy, it's the days that follow that I struggle with. We'll see. Hope everyone else is ok? Evening Beanie, Shell, Durham, macpeppy, annie, meg, lioness, julie and kwikisaver (yes I know it's kiwi, but I read it as 'quickie' so I shall say that from now on)
Have a good evening all xxx
