    Can't sleep :(

    Tomorrow's menu:

B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans.

D - Last of the bolognese sauce on a baked potato

T - Either mushy pea curry or speed soup or SW quiche if I get round to making it.

Syns - Possibly a hash brown with breakfast, which I think is 2? Usual Options and a couple of ELLC triangles.

HEXA - Milk in tea, if I make the quiche then half cheese.
HEXB - Benefit bar, struggling with these at the minute

Body magic - Out all afternoon with Top Boy - bowling, Nana's, Dr, shopping so I'll be on the move a lot.

So sorry for your loss beanie. I remember you going to those parties. What a dreadful shock.

That's right: grilled hash brown is 2, although I'd have thought frylight wouldn't make much difference. Hope topboy's not been in the freezer otherwise your menu might change!;)

Tomorrow starts one of three:eek: off plan meals this week. Out for lunch with SIL/BIL and whatever I eat I know there'll be wine syns too. For the rest of the week I'll just eat SW when I can and then draw one of frogga's great big lines on Saturday. Next week looks far more promising.

    :rotfl:

He's banned now and I made him help with the defrosting so I suspect he'll be more careful from now on...

Enjoy your off plan days :D

Morning everyone. Loads of hugs going your way beanie, and congrats to wiz and blueeyedgirl, and anyone else with lovely losses!

Got WI tonight. Hoping for 2 or 3 lb. I'm 3.5lb away from my next half stone award and 5lb from my Club 10 so I want to get into a position so I'm encouraged to stay well on plan next week and get both of them with any luck!

Does anyone know how long you can keep a boiled egg (still in it's shell) in the fridge? I boiled a couple on Thursday and keep forgetting to eat them and the longer it gets the more worried I am about doing so!

    Breakfast - branflakes
Lunch - salad (possibly with boiled eggs!)
Dinner (after WI obv) - veg casserole. Made it yesterday and had it for dinner last night as well, it was lovely.

    Snacks - fruit & yoghurt

Crabapple - I've never kept eggs more than a couple of days in the fridge but I would think the smell will tell you when you peel it if there's anything wrong with it!!!

Beanie - so sorry to hear about your friend, please look after yourself - you need to keep your strength up.

Have had to change today's planned dinner as I didn't read my recipe properly and need to marinade the chicken but can't do that until later today after I've been shopping as I need to buy one of the ingredients, grr.

Today will now be a Green Day:

    B - cheese on toast - HEA & HEB
L - HM Vegetable Tagine (from freezer) with couscous
D - HM mixed bean goulash (from freezer) with rice

    HEA2 - milk
HEB2 - not sure but probably a couple of Alpen Lights

No sure what syns yet but will probably have a Fruit Split lolly for 3 syns; may pick up some chocolate when I go shopping as haven't had any for ages.

Sorry to hear of your news Beanie - take care of yourself right now and quite frankly let slimming world go to pot for as long as you need to if your heads not in it.

I am so on it and focused right now - I think getting a flat belly has become an obsession - I'm calling it the Flat Belly Crusade!

Went to the gym last night - 60 mins cardio and some weights - same again tonight. I told you it was a crusade.

I have absolutely nothing going on in my life right now other than my crusade - so I am making the best of it whilst I can!
  • Morning all

Some sad news on here today :-(

I had my weigh in last night. 1.5lb off. I will admit to a teeny tiny flutter of disappointment - I had been losing so well but the logical part of my brain knows that I couldn't sustain such high losses. Slow and steady wins the race!

    Menu for today:

B - 35g Sultana bran with milk from HEX A allowance
L - Eating out with friends at a local Turkish resturant. Will be having a small chicken shish with rice and salad. Will probably have some of their amazing bread and dips but will keep it to a minimum. No idea of Syns.
D - SW paprika pork with rice and veg.

    Snacks - Fruit.

    Drinks - Tea, coffee, water.

    Good morning all.

Well, I've been messing about with SW for a few weeks now and have decided that I really need to go for it. So today is DAY ONE for me - I've been and weighed myself in Boots and everything!

    Current weight: 11st 6lb
    Height: 5'6"
    BMI: 25.8

    Today's menu:

Breakfast: Banana, fruit and fibre (HEX B), milk (HEX A), coffee

Lunch: Quinoa and feta salad (HEX A), think I will need to syn the quinoa as it was prepacked (anyone know please?) - had about 1/4 of a pack.

Dinner: Pasta and veg sauce (free)

Snacks - Special K bar (HEX B), fruit, muller light

    Good luck all xx
