Went to dentist yesterday. Had x-rays as she felt something wasn't right underneath the back ones. They phoned to say I have a rotten Wisdom Tooth, and I need 5 fillings!! Having the tooth taken out this afternoon, but will have to do the fillings in stages as she said the total cost would be £490  Am totally gutted as I've managed to get to 41 years old without any fillings. My teeth are the only nice thing about me. And now they are rotten too. I think all the years of eating sweets has caught up with me
Ho Hum, have a good day all :beer:Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Was going to do an EE day today but haven't got enough fruit and veg for the 1/3 SFs so looking at what I've planned it's going to be another Green day.
B - mushrooms on 2 toast (8 syns)
L - egg & chips
D - buffalo chicken (from March/April SW mag); coleslaw & corn on the cob (2 x HEB for chicken)
HEA - milk in tea; may also use some for a frappachino if it wams up a bit!
Snacks - fruit roulade, which I made yesterday so I didn't eat the apple pie I made for DH!

Annie – I’m doing lots of Planks, squats and donkey kicks which are good for the stomach. Leg raises are also good for it. If you go onto Pinterest there are lots of exercises on there! Its definitely a crusade lol I’m determined to get in the best shape of my life. I think I’m just excited as I’ve never been this close to looking good before!! Your on my tail – I’m sure you’ll be getting your 5 stone award very soon. :T
Lol ah thanks Frogga – take the inspiration and run with it. I’m fully off on one – loving it at the minute - clinging onto it for dear life as I know the day will come and something happens and I’ll end up in the Chinese and lying around on the sofa………………….. wallowing and ramming bread down my throat. :rotfl:
I am quite certain that your teeth are not the only nice thing about you!!
Crabapple – 2lbs is a great loss! :T
I have to say I feel mostly really good at the minute:eek: and that the endorphins from the exercise and the eating well must be having a great effect – long may it continue – for now I’m winning in my battle with the Black Dog. I know he’ll be back to bark at me  - sadly that I know can count on but my taking one day at a time approach to everything really seems to be working. :j

Star day and an emotional one family wise led to some comfort eating yesterday.
Hit the free foods big time, savoury rice and poached eggs and SW chips, halfheartedly ate a few carrot sticks, but nowhere near 1/3 SF over the day.
BUT, previously it'd have been too many beers and a chinese - by which I mean various starters, a main and prawn crackers that I would have troughed on my own - so I'm just ignoring it, it'll probably hinder my progress long term, but I'm looking on it as a result.
So, today:
B - Mushroom omelette
D - SW quiche with bacon, peppers and mushrooms in and speed soup
T - Mushy pea curry and SW chips or rice
D and T are interchangeable. Depends which defrosts first
BM will be decluttering and cleaning. Maybe a mooch to the library.
HEXA - Milk/cheese
HEXB - Benefit bars0 -
Feeling tired today.
EE Menu
B: Fibre Filler* & ff greek yoghurt. Coffee with milk.
L: Mushy pea curry & brown rice. Peach. Tea (mixture of green & rooibos) with milk.Pasta bake,(5 syns for cheese) sweetcorn & green beans. 2 Plums. Tea with milk.
S: Freddo (5 syns)
BM: 1 hr Callanetics
Syn Bank: 5
* Fibre Filler - this is a high fibre breakfast mix I used when doing the F plan diet many years ago. Its a mixture of all bran, bran flakes & oats (its supposed to be powdered bran but can't find any). The original mixture had dried fruit & nuts in as well but I removed them to make it SW friendly. I made a big batch yesterday and then divided it into 25g bags for the rest of the week.
Hoping to prep fruit ready for jam making today. We don't eat much jam ourselves but I gave it as part of a Christmas present a few years ago and now some friends and family expect it each year.Weight loss 0/2st

Our head chef at work just brought in creme brulees for everyone to taste - I was good and shared one with someone but have no idea about the syns. Found a reference to "100g pot - 16.5 syns" online, and only had a tablespoonful so am going to put it down as 10.5 to be on the safe side and allow myself no more syns today as already have 4.5 in my salad. My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |
