Yeah, see what other people think?
    :)

I'm easy (not really qualified to talk as I don't really exercise:o). Lots of people do add their daily Body Magic to their menus. Why not give it a try putting it on here and then if it gets unwieldy have a separate thread?

lillian, I don't think you were too far off with the beans. The calculator is saying 3.5 syns per portion (half pack).

No WI for me today. It would have been pointless with the week I'm having. I'm sticking to plan completely, bit of an SW oasis today.:)

    EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast
L: have veg to fry in fridge if I fancy, otherwise some soup but definitely SW friendly.
D: sausages, mash, carrots, cabbage, peas, fried onions
Syns: spread on toast, gravy, 2 for sausages

Thanks maman - it was in the freezer and we're trying to be frugal while still sticking to SW so I was hoping it would be ok to eat!

Arghj, head chef has just been in AGAIN with a load of amazing cheese, bread and salsa! Weighed out a small piece of cheese and some salsa but again, no more syns for me today... :(

Can anyone recommend a syn free, vegetarian ready meal?
