    Busy on here
Back from lovely do laid on by MIL for mine and hubby's 25th wedding anniversary, can't believe we have been married 25yrs!!! Had a laugh and she laid on a really nice spread
Tried really hard and from guessing I think I consumed 29syns today
Put everything in calculator and with over estimating it's 28syns, so I'm pretty happy with that, mostly wine and cake tbh
I'm going to work it out properly now and see how close I am!
I will be syn free tomorrow so it should even itself out
I'll report back as to how close to my estimate I was!
    Welcome newbies
    Hugs to lush x

I'd count it as 2 to be on the safe side although there is one at 1.5.

Finger crossed for you at WI.

Good morning everyone, well, I got weighed and nothing. I have stayed the same, all through a sausage roll. Having said that, I am a size smaller, top half only though. I will have to try harder this week.
Does anyone know if you have to have all 15 Syns or can you just have one or two, or even none. I thought, perhaps I would lose more if did without.:(

    +4 please Annie:eek:

Well, that escalated quickly... It is star week, but even so...

Seriously, I've been on and off plan for far too long now and it's finally caught up with me.

    Plan for the next month
    • Meal planning
    • Food diary to the last crumb
    • WEEKEND wine only
    • Get back into running regularly. If shins don't allow, exercise DVD on alternate days. Hopefully a nice mix of both.
    • Syns to run from Saturday to Friday. These are generally the only two nights I can socialise and it tends to be one or the other and so I think it will be easier to plan them this way?
    Today will be

Breakfast - Mushroom and pepper omelette with plum tomatoes

Dinner - SW quiche, salad, pineapple and kiwi chunks

Tea - Mushy pea curry with rice and vegetables.

Have mackerel pate with carrots and celery sticks in, if I get a bit ish...

    HEXA - Milk/cheese
HEXB - A benefit or fibre bar

Syns - Worcester sauce french fries 5 Options 2

    8 for the bank.

    Commute for body magic

Off to cry in a corner*

    * Actually work, so don't worry, I knew it was coming but over a quarter of a stone is still a bit

Been up since 4am don't know why just couldn't get back to sleep by 6am I had raided the freezer and had one of grandsons Magnums,
13 syns, a good start to the day NOT. Must be careful now not to completely ruin a day. I have eggs and salad stuff to use up so think I will just have this and fruit for the rest of day. Plus healthy extra of cheese and crackers tonight.

Not sure what I'm eating today. Not so much being disorganised as we have a new fridge being delivered so I had to run the food down a bit.

Delivery, helpfully, could be any time between 8 and 8. Really hoping for earlier so I can go restock at tesco!

I don't think I ate enough fruit or veg at the weekend so need to get some more in me before WI tomorrow night. Haven't been eating badly otherwise though, I turned down pudding yesterday at my mums which I later found out would have been 16 syns for a tiny pot so glad about that!

I've been doing stupid things and weighing myself at home. Really shouldn't, but can't seem to stop myself. I think I should hide the scales! I found out last week they don't weigh the same as the ones at group anyway, but still trying to see if I'm going up or down.
