Annie - 1lb loss for me this week please

A bit disappointed with loss this week as I have stuck to plan 100%. Still on meds and backwards and forwards to drs - hopefully it will show better results next week.

Congratulations on your anniversary too Annie

Lioness and Dundee I don't have you on my chart but you are pasting in red, do you want to be part of challenge? If so can you give me your goals. If I've missed your original post, forgive me.

Thrilled tonight. Another 2 pounds off which is 4 off my tartget 7, my club 10 and slimmer of the week so very very happy.
Annie - 1lb loss for me this week please

:T:T:T Well done all of you. They all count!!

Your menu for tomorrow looks fine wiz. A day of low syn won't matter, lots of us save up syns. I must admit to knowing very little about diabetes but what about trying one high syn day amongst the very low syn ones. If you can't have chocolate/sweets could you have a cake or a pasty or some cheese (or a sausage roll;)). I'm not sure if it would work but sometimes shaking things up can help.

Pleased to report that some others had brought some really SW friendly nibbles tonight so I was able to join in. I had celery with Philly, chicken pieces, crudities, some melon, cherries and orange segments. very proud of myself for ignoring all the cakes, biscuits, dips and crisps. :D

Yes, please. I'd like to go for 14lb by the end of August. This is to include the 6lb I've just lost, so I need to lose another 8 in around six weeks. Should be very doable.

Wiz - absolutely agree with Maman. Mixing it up a bit certainly seems to work for me.

Maman - Great result. Whenever I go to things where people bring stuff it always seems to be cakes, pastries & crisps, so I end up just eating what I've taken plus maybe a few crisps (as long as I can find some plain ones, LOL)

Need to go shopping today so breakfast and lunch are stuff I can find in the fridge & cupboards! I already have everything in for dinner, apart from some chicken Bovril.

    B - mushrooms on toast
L - couscous with roasted peppers, onions & tomatoes stirred through. Would have liked to add a courgette as well but only one ready in the garden so don't think DH will be very pleased if he doesn't get some of it, LOL!
D - Syn free KFC, corn on the cob, baked beans & SW chips.

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread for toast
Syns - not sure yet but probably a fruit split lolly 3 syns

Need to keep syns very low today and tomorrow as used 9 syns yesterday (out of 15.5 available, oops!)

    Morning all,

breakfast: baked omelette bites (ham and tomato)
Lunch: will be out and about so not sure; will ensure its low syn if dad and I eat out or will wait until home and have fruit and yogurt
Tea: I am thinking perhaps chicken wrapped in bacon with wedges and veggies...if i get to Tesco or unless I get inspiration from somewhere else

unlikely to have time to even think about extra snacks! keeping it low syn to balance out yesterdays dumplings and a little chocolate! will have mozerella as my HeA on my chicken and bacon and a wholemeal roll as my HeB toasted before bed

Some great results, well done everyone. Its WI for me today and I am not very hopeful, for some reason feel very bloated this morning and jeans are tight, aww well we will have to see what the scales say, really wanted 1.5lb off to get my stone award from SW as this would be 3stone off since I started 18 months ago, wish I had joined SW at the beginning instead just trying to diet.
