:T:T:T Well done all of you. They all count!!
Your menu for tomorrow looks fine wiz. A day of low syn won't matter, lots of us save up syns. I must admit to knowing very little about diabetes but what about trying one high syn day amongst the very low syn ones. If you can't have chocolate/sweets could you have a cake or a pasty or some cheese (or a sausage roll;)). I'm not sure if it would work but sometimes shaking things up can help.
Pleased to report that some others had brought some really SW friendly nibbles tonight so I was able to join in. I had celery with Philly, chicken pieces, crudities, some melon, cherries and orange segments. very proud of myself for ignoring all the cakes, biscuits, dips and crisps.
Great will power Maman I can never resist crisps and dips and if theres cheese and pineapple sticks. well I could scoff for England.Slimming World at target0 -
Lilian - 35g of Dorset Cereals Really Nutty Museli is HEB so would assume the Aldi one is too. Assumed you're doing Green although I needed to check the chicken mugshot as wasn't sure about that as have never had them!
Denise
Thanks for this. Yes I'm doing a green day, don't eat much meat and would rather have the extra HEXs! Chicken mugshots are free on green days apparently.

Wow, been away for two days and I've just read back 4 pages!
Annie - Congratulations, we celebrated our 25th last year.
Spent a lovely day yesterday dancing at Blackpool Tower Ballroom. It was OH's surprise anniversary present for me. We have only been dancing for 6 months and there were some very experienced dancers there yesterday. We did feel better when a school party of year 6's spilled out onto the dance floor as we were probably at about the same level as them :rotfl: It was lovely to see such a range of age groups from OAP's down to the year 6's, and everyone so friendly and helping the younger ones.
DD1 has asked for a BBQ today so I'm doing a red menu for me.
B: Crunchy bran, cherries & ff yoghurt.
L: SW fried egg, bacon & baked beans.BBQ chicken, pork chop & 1 SBGY Sausage, salad. Quark garlic dip.
Milk for tea.
Treat: Gold Magnum lolly - 12 syns
BM: 1.5 hours dancing yesterday.
We are off on our hols for a week on Sunday so will be trying to run down fridge contents etc. We will be self-catering so hopefully will be able to keep to SW as much as possible although I will be having treats like ice-cream.
So so tired today after a fairly busy weekend but I have to stir myself as got to prepare for hols now.Weight loss 0/2st

I have checked the HEB list and the muesli is not on there. The syns online said you can have 25g Aldi, Harvest Morn Premium muesli, really nutty for 5 syns on either plan.lilian1977 wrote: »Lunch - brown rice salad with beetroot, 1/2 avocado (7?), ff cottage cheese and plenty of salad. You can have 100g fresh or pureed avocado for 9.5 syns on all plans

Hi all - sorry not posted for a few weeks.
Annie please may I join the challenge for July/August? 14 lbs please. Have already lost 4 or 5 ? - that is 1lb on 1st July, 1lb on 8th July and 3lb today, 15th July. I weigh in on a Tuesday.
Did Race for Life last week and it has really motivated me. Now going for Gold Body Magic award and using the fit log on SW website to record it as it's so much easier.
Keep up the good work everyone.July 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200
